It took a little figuring out-but, I did it! I made a spinning rack that can sit on my desk and I see and reach all of my scrapping goodies. I haven't added up the cost of all the supplies I used yet- but, I am pretty sure the total cost is under $20.00! I'm planning on teaching other scrappers how to make this rack at the Rocky Mountain Hobbies Online Cyber Crop- February 24th. If your interested in learning
