Using Thrift Find in Scrapping
Remember the Golden Book Encylopedias I found while thrifting a few weeks ago? I used them to create this layout of my youngest son. All the images along the sides are from various encyclopedias. I loved their watercolor quality so much that I created the border and lettering using stamps, watercolors and resist ink. I really love the finished product. It's different from your average layout and the colors are so rich. My tip for today.. don't be afraid to use what your find; even if it means thinking outside of the box.
