Found this deal yesterday at Big Lots! American Crafts ribbons and Embellishments.
Each package $2.00. So for the low, low price of $10.00 I walked away with 18 spools of ribbon, 60 Elegant chipboard pieces and 65 foam punctuation pieces. Oh yeah!
